What to have ready when you call
Scheduling goes faster when you can describe the symptom — sticking, dragging, off the track, a lock that won't catch, or fogged glass — along with how many panels the door has and whether the glass is hurricane-impact rated. If you know the manufacturer (PGT, CGI, Andersen, Pella, Milgard, or a builder-grade line), mention it so we can bring the right rollers and hardware on the first visit. Photos of the track and lock area emailed to info@firstcoastglassdoor.com are just as useful.
How we handle every request
We repair sliding glass doors only — we don't sell replacement doors, so nobody here is incentivized to talk you into one. A technician inspects the door on site and hands you a flat written quote before any work begins, and completed repairs carry a written two-year warranty on parts and labor. Most jobs are finished in a single visit because the trucks carry stainless rollers, track caps, mortise locks, and weatherstripping.
