What happens after you submit

A real person from our shop reads every request. We reply within one business day to confirm the symptom, ask any follow-up questions, and schedule a visit that fits your day. On site, the technician inspects the door, the track, the rollers, and the hardware, then hands you a flat written quote before any work starts. There is no hourly meter and no surprise line items — if the price changes, it's because you approved a change.

What to include in your request

The more detail you give us, the more accurate the first estimate is. Helpful details include:

  • The symptom — sticking, dragging, off the track, won't lock, or foggy glass.
  • How many panels the door has, and whether one or both panels slide.
  • The manufacturer if you know it (PGT, CGI, Andersen, Pella, Milgard, or builder-grade).
  • Whether the glass is hurricane-impact rated.
  • Your city, so we can slot you into the right route day.
  • A photo of the track and the lock area, if you can take one.

Repairs we quote

We repair sliding glass doors only — we don't sell replacement doors, so the recommendation you get is the one that actually fixes the door. Most requests fall into four categories: roller replacement, track repair and stainless capping, lock and handle repair, and glass-only replacement. Not sure whether a repair is worth it? Read repair vs. replace or the cost guide first.

Where we work

We serve Northeast Florida from St. Augustine, including Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, Palm Coast, Jacksonville Beach, Fleming Island, and the surrounding First Coast communities. See the full service area for the city nearest you. Coastal doors take the worst of the salt air, so corroded rollers and pitted tracks are the most common repairs we quote here.

Before your appointment

  • Clear furniture, planters, and blinds away from both sides of the door.
  • Unlock the door and make sure both panels can be reached.
  • Secure pets — the door will be open while the panel is lifted out.
  • Note anything intermittent, like a lock that only sticks in the afternoon heat.
