Sliding glass patio door repair for bed and breakfasts
Historic inns, restored Victorians, and boutique B&Bs across St. Augustine, Fernandina Beach, and DeLand. Period-correct hardware, guest-quiet scheduling, no industrial overhead.

We repair sliding glass patio doors at historic bed and breakfasts across Northeast Florida. Period-correct bronze, brass, and oil-rubbed finishes preserved. Work scheduled in mid-week, mid-day windows when the inn is between turns. Quiet two-tech crews, dust-controlled equipment, no jackhammers. Sliding doors only — French and full-light hinged doors are a different trade.
Why bed & breakfasts choose us
Built for the way bed & breakfasts actually operate
Period-correct hardware
We source oil-rubbed bronze, antique brass, polished nickel, and unlacquered brass handles and lock trim to match the era of your inn — no anodized aluminum on a 1908 Victorian.
Guest-quiet methods
Tandem-roller and lock service is silent power-tool free. No jackhammers, no demo, no compressors running on the front lawn during breakfast service.
Booked around your turn
We schedule mid-week, mid-day windows when the inn is between guest turnover — typically 11 AM–3 PM Tuesday through Thursday. No work during breakfast or check-in hours.
Sliding glass doors only
We are strict track-and-roller specialists for sliding glass patio doors. For French or full-light hinged patio doors we'll refer you to a hinged-door specialist we trust.

Process
How we work with bed & breakfasts
- 1
Quiet site walk
Owner walks the property with us during a between-turn lull. We document each sliding door, finish, era, and what needs attention — no clipboards in the parlor during breakfast.
- 2
Period-correct quote
Quote includes finish callouts (oil-rubbed bronze, antique brass, etc.) and confirms the era-match before ordering. No anodized aluminum surprises on a historic property.
- 3
Mid-week scheduling
Work is booked Tuesday–Thursday between 11 AM and 3 PM so the inn is between turns and no guests are eating breakfast or returning from sightseeing.
- 4
Drop-cloth-and-vacuum service
Hardwood floors and antique rugs get drop cloths under every panel. HEPA vacuum runs continuously. We leave no trace beyond a working door.
- 5
Walk-through and warranty
Owner walks the finished door, confirms finish match, and receives 2-year warranty documentation. Hardware is documented for your historic preservation file when applicable.
