Sliding glass door repair for hotels and resorts
From oceanfront resorts in Daytona to boutique hotels in St. Augustine, we keep guest-room balcony doors rolling on schedule — without taking rooms offline longer than they have to be.

We're Northeast Florida's specialist sliding glass door repair vendor for hotels and resorts. Two-tech crews turn guest rooms in 60–90 minutes, sequence around occupancy and event calendars, and preserve every door's hurricane-impact and Florida Product Approval rating. COI on file. NET-30 terms for approved properties.
Why hotels & resorts choose us
Built for the way hotels & resorts actually operate
Scheduled around occupancy
We sequence units against your PMS occupancy reports and event calendar so revenue-generating rooms stay sellable. Shoulder-season rollouts in September and January–February are our specialty.
Brand-standard parts
We match Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Hyatt PIP standards for hardware finish and lock cylinders, and document parts per unit for your brand audit and AAA/Forbes inspections.
60–90 minutes per room
Tandem-roller and lock service is a one-room, single-shift job. Housekeeping can re-turn the room the same day. No overnight closures, no displaced guests, no comped nights.
Hurricane-impact preserved
Every HVHZ-rated balcony slider gets manufacturer-matched IGU, rollers, and locks so the original Florida Product Approval and Miami-Dade NOA stay intact for insurance and code.

Process
How we work with hotels & resorts
- 1
Property walk with engineering
An owner-level rep walks the property with your chief engineer or director of engineering to document door brand, panel size, current failure modes, and HVHZ status per room.
- 2
Room-by-room unit ledger
Every guest-room slider is logged by room number, brand, age, and recommended scope. Front desk and engineering get a printable ledger so housekeeping knows exactly which rooms are coming offline.
- 3
Flat written property quote
One number per scope, per door type. Volume pricing applied automatically at 25+ and 50+ rooms. COI naming the property and NET-30 terms issued with the quote.
- 4
Sequenced rollout against PMS
We work directly with engineering and front-office to release rooms in blocks the PMS can absorb. Most properties see 8–12 rooms returned to sellable status per day per truck.
- 5
Punch list and brand documentation
Chief engineer walks final rooms with our lead, signs off, and receives per-room warranty docs and a parts ledger for your brand PIP file and capex records.
